About Simplistic Nutrition
My name is Gil. I'm a certified nutritional therapist and am passionate about helping others reach their goals.
My business is unique in that it will be growing with me during my journey through college and continuing education. Next stop is culinary school!
Another thing that makes Simplistic Nutrition unique is the food philosophy. I don't advocate the food pyramid or any mainstream dietary advice that modern science doesn't support. Instead, I take the evolutionary approach by recommending foods that have been around since the start of human existence.
You don't have to count calories to be healthy when you are eating real food. If you look through this site I don't ever use the word "diet" except on this page.
My practice is about a way of life that supports optimal health using a combination of nutrition, lifestyle, and cooking advice. By following this, you will optimize your bodyweight, maximize your energy, and prevent a wide variety of diseases.
